2nd Avenue Parklet + Street Trees

This 2nd Avenue Parklet brings new life to the most historic block of Niwot's shopping district by adding a touch of greenery and a cozy patio for the community to enjoy.

For much of the recent past, the block has lacked the tree canopies of surrounding blocks. Installed in 2015, our parklet features trees that line the Northeast sidewalk, providing shade and a natural aesthetic. The patio just outside the coffee shop is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while surrounded by the beauty of nature.
