Gillaspie Remodel

With views of  Veile Lake to the east, the original home built in the 1970's did little to take full advantage of the corner lot.

Reusing the original foundation and some addition to the rear, the main floor opened up the living, dining and kitchen while enlarging the secondary bedrooms. The top floor features the large Owner's Suite with 5-piece bath, walk-in closet and deck.

The exterior is largely shaped by Boulder's solar access guidelines being mindful of height along the rear.
