BEFORE
This 3,000 s.f. plan was designed for a move-up family buyer but has some fatal flaws: weak outdoor living, laundry too far from the bedrooms, and formal spaces that are no longer in demand.
AFTER
Our updated plan adds a covered outdoor living area, moves the laundry upstairs near the bedrooms and uses the former laundry space for a spacious family foyer and walk-in pantry, and replaces the formal dining room with a home office with telescoping doors and access to the front porch.
