Two of our outstanding projects clinched top honors for design excellence and a third project as a finalist. The MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence) honor excellence not just in design but also in professional achievement, sales, marketing, and merchandising throughout Colorado.
Best Architecture of a Model under 2,600SF
The Daphne at RainDance, now has the accolade for "Best Architecture of a Model under 2,600 SF." This vibrant home blends classic charm with contemporary design.
At 2,343 sq ft residence, the home offers a fresh take on farmhouse aesthetics. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths provide a perfect canvas for modern family living. Flooded with natural light, the main floor welcomes you into the heart of the home: the Kitchen, Dining, and Great Room. A dedicated office space adds versatility for remote work.
Upstairs, two secondary bedrooms share a bath, and a spacious Laundry Room adds practicality. The luxurious Primary Suite, with an optional 5-piece bath, provides a serene retreat. Classic white farmhouse style ensures timeless curb appeal, complemented by a 1-car attached garage for convenience.
Best Accessory Dwelling Unit
Above The Daphne’s detached garage, is our 530 sq. ft. Best Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). This efficient space is a haven. Fully equipped with living space featuring 1 bedroom, a full bath, a comfortable living room, and a practical kitchenette. For added convenience, it includes an in-unit laundry area tucked within the coat closet.
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) provide much needed diversified and more affordable place to live. With growing population in urban areas, ADUs are increasingly being seen as a strategic response to using available residential plots to their full potential. The flexibility to be used as additional rental housing, hosting guests, providing a home for a college kid, or serving as a home office makes them a useful source of affordable stock in most cities contributing towards community strength and overall affordability.
Both projects, The Daphne and its innovative ADU, were brought to life by Brightland Homes, with interior design and staging by the talented Jones Design Group. The exceptional photography capturing every nuance of these spaces is the work of Eric Lucero.
Finalist
Our project Studio Rivard, built by Porchfront Homes, was a finalist up against incredible competition in the Best Specialty Room category as well. The unique addition houses a beautiful vaulted space dedicated to creating art.
