We're thrilled to announce that Osmosis Architecture has been honored with the Gold Award in the "Addition under $250k" category at this year's Master Design Awards, sponsored by Qualified Remodeler magazine.
Our winning project with Porchfront Homes, an art studio addition, perfectly exemplifies our core principles of creativity, functionality, and meticulous craftsmanship.
The Art Studio addition to the main house integrates it with the existing home through a window-lined vestibule. Our goal was to design a well-lit, functional space that caters to the artist's unique needs while blending seamlessly with the house. Inside, an added sink and powder bath, provide a dedicated workspace. This versatile addition allows the artist to work freely while maintaining privacy and home functionality. Clerestory windows and metal privacy doors ensure ample natural light without excessive sun exposure.
