2025 Denver Parade of Homes

We’re excited to have worked with Boulder Creek Neighborhoods on a right-sized series at Baseline in Broomfield, with homes ranging from roughly 1,400 to 2,000 square feet. The Soar has been selected as the People’s Choice winner in the $500,001–$700,000 category at the 2025 Denver Parade of Homes. The annual event showcases work by builders in the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.

The Soar is the featured plan of the wee-cottage series at Baseline. The home is three stories with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, and a 2-car alley-load garage. The second floor holds open living with outdoor access. A flex room sits on the ground floor. The top floor has two secondary bedrooms, laundry, and a Primary Suite with a private deck.

At Baseline, residents connect to shared courtyards, pocket parks, and an expanding trail network, with future shops, services, and play areas a short walk or bike away. The result is a right-sized, attainable home that supports active Colorado living and delivers the builder’s promise of more living with less upkeep.
