Whistlestop Park

Whistlestop Park sits at the edge of Niwot's Historic District next to the Niwot Children's Park and is a popular destination for residents and visitors alike. During the summer months, the park is home to Rock N Rails, a popular live music event. The new concessions building will support the volunteer efforts that make these events possible, as well as provide storage between events.

Our team was inspired by the now-gone old Niwot train station while designing the building. We wanted to pay homage to the historical significance of the train station and its impact on the community.
